I proactively reach out to clients to ensure they are finding success in the platform, look for ways to upsell them, build out and close renewals, and answer any questions/concerns etc.

How did you end up in your field
I also knew I wanted to be in Sales and discovered the role when I started my career as a Business Development Rep. I decided that new sales wasn’t for me and really enjoyed relationship building.
