What is your favorite part of your job?

Developing new processes for the company to utilize everyday.

What is your least favorite part?

Approval on projects is slow moving.

What is your average workday like?

I work from home from about 9am to 4pm or 5pm during the week. Most of my work is done through video conferencing and email.

How social is your job?

Moderately social

How did you end up in your field

I took a quality assurance class in college that centered around improving efficiencies in day-to-day operations for companies and found that I really enjoyed it and how I was able to be creative with my type A personality.

What traits make a person successful in your field?

Being willing to do a ton of field research through interviews and take that feedback into full consideration during the profane to development.
