What is your favorite part of your job?

Helping people become better at thier jobs.

What is your least favorite part?

When things are good for a company, it's never attributed to great training and enablement. However, if things aren't going well (miss a quota, etc.), often lack of/poor enablement or training is blamed.

What is your average workday like?

Listening to stakeholder needs to define enablement strategy and programs for a group of ~2000 internal employees. Lots of Zoom meetings.

How social is your job?

Very social

How did you end up in your field

Started working in Sales, but often found myself in leadership/mentor roles that had a training element. I always enjoyed that component. Shortly after purchasing a house I wanted more stability in my monthly income (sales can be volitale), so I applied for a Trainer role. The rest is history!

Great stakeholder management, strong leadership with ability to work well in teams, and solid program management discipline.
