What is your average workday like?
I teach kindergarten, so we do a lot of silly singing and dancing while we learn. I am with my students from about 7 am to 2 pm. I have a set schedule for each part of my day that I follow. I must make sure that I hit every subject every day. We learn in small groups and whole group.

What traits make a person successful in your field?
I believe what makes people successful in education is being okay with reflecting and trying new things. Students learn in different ways, so you must be willing to adapt and change to help you student.
